How it All Started

My journey began in July 2018, on my first product training day. What stood out to me most was the trainer. Her confidence, her presence, and how effortlessly she made everything click for us. That day, I thought, “I want to be like her.” I wanted to help new hires feel confident, prepared, and excited to start their journey.

Fast-forward to 2020. I felt lost and questioned my career path, but an opportunity to support an onshore new hire class reignited my purpose. From there, I began facilitating both new hire and upskill training. I also started creating training materials to enhance agents' skills, collaborating with operations and quality assurance to address challenges and boost performance metrics like Net Promoter Scores. I was finally making an impact, and it felt amazing.

While I enjoyed facilitating, I realized my true passion lay in designing learning experiences. In late 2022, I decided to take a leap and apply for an instructional designer role. It was a risk, but it turned out to be the best decision I’ve ever made. Now, I get to do what I love every day, and I couldn’t be happier.

Where I Am Now

Today, I work behind the scenes, creating training programs that not only engage but also deliver real results. I find fulfillment in using my creativity to design solutions that stick with learners and empower them to succeed.
